Service Agreements
Here at Skyline Office Solutions we do things differently. First we want to earn your business we know you have many options and price is important but if all you get is a good price and not a user friendly after sale experience that would not be your best deal!.
Our sales staff and service department are the same department. All sales staff is service technicians first we hire no out side sales personal. What that means to you is after the sale, lease or rental you are talking to the same people who wrote your deal. So when it is time to stand behind the product S.O.S will be fully accountable.
Our service contracts are customized to each client. What works for big business might not be the best option for smaller business.
Note: Not Everyone Needs a Service Agreement, we offer service on a per call basis.
Consulting
We offer Consulting on all your office equipment needs. When is the right time to Lease or Purchase or should we rent. We have companies large and small all over the United States who have used our consulting team to save time and money by renting our lease returned office equipment. For example a cable company based out of Washington State has satellite offices in Anaheim Ca., Benicia Ca., Martinez Ca., Phoenix Az., San Diego Ca., Santa Rosa Ca., Ventura Ca., and Santa Clara Ca.
These offices are open any where from 3 months to 4 years and when each job ends most employees are sent to a new location. The problem is how you manage all these different locations. Do you purchase a copier for each location? If you do when that location ends and you move it to a new location is there local service available in the new location. If you lease you have the same problem long term commitment with out the insurance that your investment is productive and cost effective.
There answer was to use or Rental Program. In this program our network of technicians coupled with a rotating rental program allowed them to use all the same make and model of machines so there employees that changed locations where looking at the same type of equipment and did not waste time relearning a new make and model. Also when a location ended that equipment was picked up and the new locations where delivered fresh upgraded equipment. The end result a cable company focused on there clients who outsourced all there Digital copier, Faxing, Printing and scanning needs to our consulting team and saved money, productivity and most of all a big headache!.
